If I could relive the last five years of my life, I would make my mind up what I wanted to do in school and actually finish college. I have switched between an Education, Business, and Culinary degree. I finally settled into a fantastic office job with better pay than I would have received through any of the degrees I picked, but I think it would be ideal to actually complete a degree. I would really like to finish culinary school because cooking is my passion. Everyone needs a degree in this day and age, and I think a culinary degree would be a lot of fun.

Fire fighting is really a challenging role for a person to come up from a critical situation. Now a day there are more fire safety measures has been introduced by the government and huge demand for such workers. Protecting the situation and people with the help of fire hoses, needs more efficiency to handle and complete the task. If an important place like school or hospital or any public place were such incident occurs, the fire fighters are directly put themselves into the situation and protect the people and the things without bothering their position. In some cases, there are some chances to die even if there is more number of fire hoses while recovering.

I would regret not traveling the world because it is something I would love to do. I haven’t started traveling because with a young child, it’s hard to, money is always tight. But I would throw caution to the wind and blow through my bank account and go to Europe on a cruise before I died. I would eat anything I wanted to, go see operas, go dancing, ride in a gondola through Rome, and completely enjoy myself. I would spend every second I had left with my child and just being happy doing anything we could and not worrying about what might happen.

If I could change anything in my home without cost or mess, I would change my kitchen. It is entirely too small and has outdoor carpet on the floor, which is a pain in the behind in a kitchen. I would rip up the carpet, put down beautiful tile, add in some more cabinet space, purchase a kitchen island for more counter space, get a new sink because the one I have is just too small, and I’d have a window put in above my sink for lots of natural, warm light. I’d also love to paint my kitchen a warm yellow.

I will read just about anything. My library card is completely worn out because I go to the library so much. I can get through at least three to four books in a weekend. It is a wonderful way to escape the pressures of real life and be in someone else’s shoes for a while. I can read about being a princess or a cowboy, or being in Europe or Antarctica, all without leaving my couch. It is a lot of fun to have an adventure with a book, it’s free and it is good for my mind.

No matter how hard life may get, from the car breaking down when we have no cash to fix it, or having a bad day at work, when I see his little face, it makes it all worth it. The “I love you, Mommy,” is pretty good too, along with the hugs and kisses. We have been through so much, but he makes every second of it worthwhile, and I am so glad he is my little boy! There’s nothing quite like being a mother. No matter how hard it gets, I know I have him in my life.

I find it so amazing that just through a little wire, words can be transferred. You can even call other countries. You can have a conversation with someone half way around the world and it sound just like you are right next door. It just fascinates me how it could be done! I love that it keeps people close even when they can’t be. It is so much faster than an e-mail, but especially faster than a regular letter which people had to rely on before telephone service. I think the first few telephone calls would have been incredible to see and hear!

I already know what happens in my past, so I would want to see whether or not I ever achieve all my goals. I would probably choose to go 20 years into the future to see what kind of person I am, what my son looks like, whether I had more children. I would spend the whole day just observing my own family. Then I would happily return back to my own time, without trying to change what I had seen because it’s my destiny to fulfill whatever future I time traveled to see.

When doing any type of outdoor cooking, grilling in particular, it is important that you always be thinking about fire safety. To make sure that you don’t set anything on fire than your coals you’ll want to start by making sure that someone is watching the grill at all times. If you are the chef and must go indoors have a capable adult watch after the grill while you are inside. You should also make sure you have a spray bottle of water to stop flare ups and a fire extinguisher on hand in case a fire gets too large or leaves the grill. Chemical fire extinguishers come in a variety of types and sizes so make sure you read the label to see if it fits your needs. These are just a few preparations you need to make so that you, your neighbors, and your property are safe from fire during your outdoor grilling.

I would ask him why he was so mean to me as a child and not my sister. I never understood as a child why I was the only one who ever got punished. Then I would ask him why he left for so many years and never called or sent any birthday cards or came around. I would want to know why he did all that he did while I was growing up. That is why if I could confront one person from my past it would be my biological father.
