Nature can teach you a lot

Man needs to get into close contact with nature to understand the design and plan of the creator. Every living creature including both plants and animals teaches us how to live better. Even landforms like mountains, sea, snowfall, rainfall inspires us to ponder and appreciate the divine creator who has made this earth a beautiful planet. Also the entire galaxy of the universe also teaches us a lot. Now, let’s take for example the plants. Plants are like angels in heaven. They respond to you like children. You water, nurture them, they will grow and give you more leaves and more flowers. You sow a seed, nurture and water them and you can see how in few days, sapling sprouts out. Again, just like how an infant needs care, the plants also need to taken care of and they too respond and communicate if only man had the inner vision to look at it deeply. Similarly, the entire living organisms teaches a lot. In fact it leads us to correct our lifestyle and enjoy life in an aesthetic manner and thus live a stunningly great life.

The Voice of a Hero

Imagine a terrible scene that far too many people have had to witness: the house down the street has caught fire and the fire has begun to consume it, unable to be contained anymore. Neighbors surround the home from the outside, unable to do anything but congregate and wait for the arrival of firefighters, who appear on the scene. The first one out of the truck proudly brings out his megaphone and calls into it in order to get the attention of anyone who might be inside. A bullhorn megaphone is important to firefighters because they allow for communication across longer distances and for communication even through intense sound, such as what a burning home maker.

I would work on the educational system & environmental issues.

If I could ever influence my local community, I would strive hard to establish an educational system so that even women would have the freedom to work if they really wanted. I would want to make every adult financially independent and let them have a religious yet a broad outlook towards the world. Their outlook should not be just biased towards India or the country they reside but understand the whole universe as a part of them. This could be done only through adult education and training. Also I would strive hard to educate the younger generation in both the worldly values and also the religious values so that all become morally responsible and have a matured outlook towards the world. I would also educate the younger and older generation on environmental issues, bio diversity so as not to harm the environment just for the benefit of mankind thus make it a thriving habitat for all living creatures including plants and animals.

My favorite game in childhood days

My favorite game during my childhood was badminton. I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game. I played this game with my school friends, my siblings and my close relatives. The most joyful part of playing this game was it kept me moving / running to hit back the shuttle cork. Also to play this game, we need to aim correctly otherwise we tend to miss the hit back. So, it’s not just aiming but also a vigorous exercise that involved a lot of running and sweat so as to play. And after the play, I felt totally satisfied and gave me the feeling of being in ecstasy.

If I had time, I would watch a comedy show

Time is a great factor so, making time to watch TV is not so easy especially when you have a busy schedule. While at work, there’s no time to breathe but just work and when you come back, it’s time to attend the family.  However, we need to make a little time and enjoy for a while. So, if I had ,I would watch a comedy show like Just for laughs Gags, The Golden Girls, The Wonder Years or may be my another favorite comedy show viz. Charles in Charge comedy show. These shows will definitely release my stress and keep me smiling and laughing as I watch. Moreover, these are one of the best comedy shows available in TV channels.

Spent

Wow!  Well, if I had $ 500, that’s a great amount for me,  I would spend it judiciously with the things I wanted.  First and foremost, I would visit the book shop and pick some alphabets, coloring and Mathematics work books for my son who is just 4 years old.  I would also buy some educational CDs of kindergarten level for him. Secondly, I would go to the non-fiction section and buy books like “Leading without a title” by Robin Sharma, and look out for books on self-improvement and leadership books. I would buy all the possible books available in the store that could meet my budget of $ 500.

Fulfilled life

My life is fairly fulfilling. I have two children and two dogs and a husband I am proud to call mine. I look at my friends, who are just now getting married, and see that they will never have to endure the things my family has endured but they will also never know how much their spouse means to them. I go a year at a time without him and know that my life is better when he is around. When we get out of the army, I know I will never have to question my feelings for my husband.

My husband has been a huge influence on my life. Some people think it is for the worst because I left college to get married, but I would not change a thing. He has gotten me back into school and allowed me to have a beautiful family and see more places than I ever would have in a normal marriage.

The smallest gestures often have the biggest consequences

Fires happen without warning, and are largely the result of a small absent-minded gesture, such as leaving on a cooking or heating appliance. Smoke, particularly within a burning home is highly toxic and will incapacitate you within minutes whilst you sleep. Don’t think that the heat will wake you up. Yet buying aico smoke alarms is quick and inexpensive gesture. Smoke alarms are sold in hardware stores, and supermarkets. Get one when shopping, put it up and test it from time to time. This small purchase will save you vital minute in a fire, and probably also save your life.
