A fire is one which can suddenly and rapidly spread and bring danger to lives, property and the environment around us. There is a need of an emergency service which will help people to fight against these sudden fire accidents. We call this emergency service as FIRE FIGHTING. Fire fighting is nothing but an activity done by trained men in extinguishing fire. These trained people are called FIRE FIGHTERS. The very important thing used by the fire fighters to extinguish fire is by using a discount fire hose. Fire Hoses are form of a pipe which carries water or other fire retardant to extinguish fire under high pressure. Though we have fire fighters and fire hoses to stop the spreading of fire, the wisest way is FIRE SAFETY. Precautious method taken by each individual is fire safety. Awareness and education can make the society a danger free environment to live.

Time flies in the terms of passing years. Year 2010 passed recently, giving us lot of memories, experiences, likes and dislikes. What I liked in 2010 is that it gave me something new to learn every new morning and many things to leave behind which proved good for me. I got highest marks and moreover, an upgrade in respect among my classmates, is the best thing that I liked about the past year. An unwanted and unexpected event that I liked least about the past year is the failure of my best friend in academics. His name is Ankit. He is a bright student but due to unevaluated reasons he failed and I had to leave him behind in that grade only.

Being a millionaire not only means you have to lot to spend everywhere and anywhere without thinking much about it but it also means that you have certain duties to be acknowledged as being a human. These activities include charities, helping needy, etc. If I were a millionaire and had got a chance to donate a share of it in a charity, I would have chosen ‘Being Human’. It is an organization that aims at providing help to the needy in all aspects of life, whether it is living or financial security. This charity a done a lot relentlessly to focus on its prime aim and is still intact to it strongly and firmly.

I am now studying in a college to pursue my higher studies and thanks to my parents, I am provided with a car to make my way to college. It is a Chevrolet Spark, 2006 model. I got it after my lot of hard work which also included fights and arguments with my parents. That day was indeed one of the best days in my life because I always dreamt of a car, which surely is a dream of every college going student. That car has been with me for few years and has told me a lot about it. I love its smooth driving and easy turns that make me feel relaxed even if I am driving on a busy road. What I don’t like about it is its increasing fuel demand and decreasing efficiency as it I growing old but still it is lovable to me.

Living your life and enjoying it are two different aspects on how you take your life. Some people are content in what they get while some always want to have more enjoyment of what they have already achieved. A dream place to live is also a part of that unfulfilled charm. My dream place to live is Srinagar, a city in Jammu & Kasmir, India. This place is regarded as a ‘Heaven on Earth’. This place is full of lakes and heavenly ambience. Though terror of Maoists now prevails there but still that place will be my dream place to live because of its never ending natural beauty.

Being a super hero brings a token of shine in every child’s eyes. Every one of us had dreamt at least once in our childhood to be a super hero, either a known or a made-up. I can still remember my wish to become Superman when I used to adore his long sky scrapping flies and deadly encounters. I wished that I had a strong driller attached to my hands so that I could find a way through the Earth’s inside to navigate easily to my cousin who lives in a different continent. I know that was a bit funny work to wish for but that was one of my prime motives at that time.

Gift is often unexpected yet always desired for. A person receives several gifts on different occasions but there are certain gifts that become a part of our sweet memories forever. I too had experienced same. It was a gift to me by my parents on my 10th birthday. I could remember my anxiousness regarding the gift as I was bit confused for what it will be. Well it a black puppy with white patch on his nose and tail. After that day, that puppy shared a special place in my life. I named him ‘Blacky’ because of his dense black shining fur. He gave me company for six months as he expired due to improper digestion. I still remember him.

I like collecting sports cards, and not just because they are worth money. They have emotional value.
Today’s sports contain jersey swatches on them from them, worn by the player. What a great idea.
But honestly I have 30 year old cardboard worth tons more in personal value. The era, the vintage, the memories of that baseball season, which bring forth memories from life back then What a great thing, collecting cards. Chronicle players and there stats if you want to. Put them in your bicycle spokes to make a noise, they are versatile. It is pure Americana. America loves sports, and our sports heroes.We love to collect cards of our role- models so we can strive for achievements I think.

As every building in a city or town needs to light fire or use LPG for cooking and other heating purposes; it is mandatory and advisable to have safety measures and fire alarm. This is especially applicable in apartments where thousands of people live in one building in different floors. Sometimes if an apartment catches fire, the other residents of that building might be unaware of the danger. So, if there are fire alarm systems in every floor, the glass could be broken and whole building will get a siren to get to the ground and stay away from the building until the fire engine comes and puts off the fire. However, if a minor fire accident takes place, it could be solved using the fire extinguishing cylinder that is available in every standard apartment.

I would take my two best friends on a road trip to California. We can take in America along the way.
From the East coast to the West coast and everything in between would make for a interesting vacation.
I could imagine the amount of stories I would come home with. From the Mississippi River to the Grand Canyon. We would take in Americas natural beauty. The quest for cuisine would be epic, to say the least. I personally would seek out the perfect hamburger, but that’s just me. We would not stop until we reached the Pacific Ocean, where I’ll taste some seafood on the pier. To me, that sounds like the trip of a life time!!
